Terms of Service
Big Pow Media Limited (“Big Pow Media”) is the Auckland, NZ based online marketing company that provides the Clikki service. Clikki is a management service for Google AdWords.
There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month.
Clikki Fees for Monthly Marketing Programme
Clikki management fees are deducted from your credit card on the day your Google Adwords program starts, and then on the first day of each subsequent month. Clikki fees are billed by Big Pow Media. The Clikki fee will appear on your credit card statement with description clikki.com/charges. Big Pow Media will email you a “PAID” invoice each time you are billed.
Clikki management fees are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged a Clikki management fee again. We don’t have long-term contracts or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel if necessary.
Google AdWords for Monthly Marketing Programme
Clikki is a management service for Google AdWords. You authorise us to setup and operate a Google AdWords account using the credit card details you provide us, with the daily budget that we have agreed.
With Google AdWords, Google automatically deducts a payment from your credit card when your programme spend reaches your billing threshold. The billing threshhold set by Google changes over time. This means that Google deductions from your credit card can be erratic.
The Google charges will appear on your credit card statement with a description starting with Google. Google does not send invoices or statements. However, if you fill out the Contact Us form we will email you a statement of your Google AdWords charges.
The Google AdWords service is provided independently of Big Pow Media. We make no representations nor take any responsibility for the performance of Google AdWords. Please refer to adwords.google.co.nz for more info.
Clikki Fees for a One-Time Advertising Campaign
On the day that your campaign starts, Big Pow Media will deduct the total campaign fee from your credit card. This one charge includes the Google AdWords charges and the Clikki management fee.
The fee is billed by Big Pow Media and will appear on your credit card statement with description clikki.com/charges. Big Pow Media will email you a “PAID” invoice each time you are billed.
You will not receive any charges from Google. Big Pow Media pays for all Google charges on your behalf.
Google Search Results
Google determines the position of ads in the “Sponsored Listings” using a variety of factors, and therefore we do not control the position of your ads in the Google “Sponsored Listings”. We cannot guarantee to achieve position #1 for your ads, although we normally achieve a top 3 position.
Implementation
The time to set up your Clikki advertising program on Google AdWords is normally 3 business days from the time that we receive your credit card details and all of the required information.
Termination
If you wish to cancel the Clikki service, fill out the Contact Us form and your Clikki service will be terminated within 3 business days. There will be no further charges from Big Pow Media. There are no refunds.
You will be charged by Google for any Google AdWords charges incurred up until the time we terminate the Clikki service. These Google charges may not be deducted from your credit card for a number of weeks after the program is terminated.
Privacy & Security
Other than the information you provide during customer setup, Big Pow Media stores no company or personal information, except that used for routine customer management and communications. You can see the Big Pow Media privacy policy at www.clikki.com/privacy-policy
We provide your Credit Card information to Google for billing purposes. You can see the Google privacy policy at www.google.com/privacypolicy.html
Any information you provide us is stored securely and is only disclosed to Google (as above) or to statutory agencies for compliance purposes. We will never sell or pass on your information.
Everything Else
Big Pow Media reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Clikki service. You agree to use the Clikki service at your own risk.
Big Pow Media does not warrant that (i) the Clikki service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Clikki service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Clikki service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of the Clikki service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Clikki service will be corrected.
You expressly understand and agree that Big Pow Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Clikki service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Clikki service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Clikki service; (v) or any other matter relating to the Clikki service.
