Charges
If you have received an invoice from Big Pow Media then someone in your office is using the Clikki service. Clikki is a service from Big Pow Media Ltd which is a NZ based online marketing company.
The person in your office may have signed up to:
- a monthly programme to promote a real estate Office or Agent, or,
- a vendor-paid marketing campaign to promote a property listing.
These two Clikki services have different billing arrangements as below.
1. Monthly Marketing Programme for Your Business
If you have an ongoing programme of advertising for your Real Estate business, then this is your billing arrangement. The Clikki management fee and the Google AdWords advertising charges will appear on your credit card separately.
Clikki Charges
Clikki management fees are deducted from your credit card on the day your Google Adwords program starts, and then on the first day of each subsequent month.
Clikki fees are billed by Big Pow Media. The Clikki fee will appear on your credit card statement with description clikki.com/charges. Big Pow Media will email you a “PAID” invoice each time you are billed.
Google AdWords Charges
With Google AdWords, Google automatically deducts a payment from your credit card when your programme spend reaches your billing threshold. The billing threshhold set by Google changes over time. This means that Google deductions from your credit card can be erratic.
The Google charges will appear on your credit card statement with description Google*ADWS. Google does not send invoices or statements. However, if you fill out the contact us form we will email you a statement of your Google AdWords charges.
2. One-TimeAdvertising Campaign for your Listing
If you have a vendor-paid marketing campaign for a property listing, then this is your billing arrangement.
Clikki Charges
On the day that your campaign starts, Big Pow will deduct the total campaign fee from your credit card. This one charge includes the Google AdWords charges and the Clikki management fee.
The fee is billed by Big Pow Media and will appear on your credit card statement with description clikki.com/charges. Big Pow Media will email you a “PAID” invoice each time you are billed.
Google AdWords Charges
You will not receive any charges from Google. Big Pow Media pays for all Google charges on your behalf.
